Very rude woman who yelled at me when I tried to ask questions and didn't offer any useful information about what I was calling about. Not suited for medicine but would be a great server at Ed Debevic's. She should be removed from the Doctor on Demand app because she's wasting people's appointment time.

DO NOT EVER go to Dr. Kathleen Brooks! I saw her through the Dr on Demand app and she was AWFUL! She REFUSED to look at my 7 year olds eye because I saw a doctor earlier in the day. When I saw him he couldn't see discharge in the eye so I called back to show how much was in his eye because he was in PAIN. She told me she doesnt give 2nd opinions, didnt care that he was in pain, SCREAMED at me for asking why she wouldnt help, and HUNG UP on me when I asked why she shaking and screaming! HORRIBLE!

EXTREMELY rude and condescending. This woman should NOT be in practice. She does NOT care about her patients. She literally laughed at me when I told her about my ailments. TERRIBLE.
