Dr.Ennabi is great, we've been going to her for about 13 years and have always had a positive experience. I have a child with special medical needs and wouldn't trust anyone else with him, she is the best!

It really upsets me to write this review because we love Ivy and the nurses, but we decided to leave this practice. I made an appointment 6 months ago for my daughter well visit. I confirmed it Through their text message service and everything. I show up they tell me my appointment has been cancelled and they gave it away! But I could wait. Since I had taken PTO from work for this, I decided to wait. Apparently it was their IT who cancelled the appointment when I had confirmation from this morning showing it was still scheduled. We waited 45 minutes with a 2 year old in a doctors office waiting room when no one else was in there at first. Then a 14 year old shows up, waits 5 minutes and gets taken back. Now who do you think can wait longer in the waiting room, A 14 year old or a 2 year old? Then a ton of people showed up and my toddler was screaming for 20 minutes. It is common sense to accommodate clients when your team messes up. Nothing was done for us.

She was just full of answers and questions about my two children. She was amazing she understood and was so sweet towards the choas of two sick siblings. I have truthfully fallen In love with the whole staff. Best experience in quite some time.

I have had only great experiences with this office. My daughter is five months old and I am a nervous first time mom. They have address all of my concerns, provided me with the support and knowledge when something was truly wrong and when I was just nervous about something. Excellent practice!

Ridiculous wait time in confines of exam room. Assistants seem fairly clueless. Ivy is great with my child however.
