Judgmental and inappropriate.
Judgmental and straight up rude. I have been a patient for 10 years and she has always made odd comments on physical exam details throughout the years about things like number of partners and lifestyle choices that are frankly none of her business that I have blown off in the past. Asking me if I plan on marrying people I am seeing and that I should really think about it. The last straw was while making small talk about a new career choice, she said 'Oh, well, you won't make any money doing that.' Excuse me? Sorry I'm not a doctor. I also feel like she blows off symptoms, so much so that I choose to visit a different provider if I am actually concerned about something and want to be taken seriously. Take this as your sign to find a different doctor unless you want inappropriate and judgmental comments being made during your exams. The office staff, nurses other doctors are all lovely and kind. It's Dr. Gilson that has a major problem. Look at other reviews and see for yourself.

I have been a patient of Dr Katie Gilson for 15+yrs. She truly cares about her patients. Dr Gilson takes the time to listen, diagnose and treat you in a manner that is best for you. The entire staff is caring and professional. They are always able to get you in for an emergency appointment with one of their staff of doctors or nurse practitioners. I highly recommend Dr. Katie Gilson and Trinity Family Medicine.

Dr. K. Gilson is an excellent Doctor. She is very sweet and takes her time with her patients to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend her. She's the best!
