Dr. Kathleen Knapp, DO

Dr. Knapp is very professional will always prefer her to anyone is a knowledgeable of the medical field great personality focus on the health and safety of a patient.

Dr Knapp rebuked me very sternly for asking too many questions. She seemed more concerned with her time schedule than patient problems.

I've been seeing Dr. Knapp for 25 years. I 100% trust her with my life. She is kind and considerate and always listens to my concerns. She truly cares for her patients and it shows.

Outstanding! Diagnosis is always spot on! Dr. Knapp has been a real life saver for me.

She herself is rude, and neglected to diagnose our elderly loved one properly! We’ve been at the hospital with our loved one for a week and at one point we almost lost her…when she arrived at the hospital the dr’s there said she should’ve been in there months ago! Please beware…

Rude staff. She is so afraid of covid she should retire. No follow up to tests. Staff lies and then laughs when called out on it.

The doctor and staff have always been professional and knowledgeable. The doctor listens and explains and is considerate of our needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Knapp for 3 years and I love that she cares about her patients and want to see them ever so often to follow up and make sure the medications she prescribed are working correctly! Not all doctors care for their patients like she does.

I have seen Dr. Knapp for several years. She quit seeing me as a patient because I wouldn't come in as often as she wanted me to. I shouldn't have to go in every 3 months to get RX filled! Most times when I did go in I had to see the nurse Practitioner who I didn't care for. Often the wait time was long. I have experienced several mistakes with the office staff. Sending my RX to the wrong pharmacy several times, referring me to the wrong Dr. I have been prescribed the wrong dose of Medication, They called to ask what dose of medication I was on. Isn't that supposed to be in my chart? I came in sick with an appointment and was turned away because they were running behind. I had to go to urgent care, I had Pneumonia! I have been considering a new Dr. for months. Thanks for quitting me and pushing me to look for someone else! I would not recommend anyone go to this Drs. office.

I have been a patient for years and she is a wonderful Dr. very attentive. I don’t mind waiting for good care and she provides great care.

Always extremely late for appointments, unprofessional and so is the staff, poor billing practices, withheld my medical records when I switched to a new PCP.

The office wait times are long but I feel very comfortable with her decisions and concern for her patients. She always takes time to hear my concerns and really listens.
