Dr Pulsifer is the best!:She fixed what 2 other podiatrists could not, and for the first time in years, I had no pain. She is kind, polite, good humored, patient, and the best podiatrist in Orlando!

For the last three years, Dr. Pulsifer has taken care of various problems with my feet. She has, in my estimation, saved my right foot and very likely my right leg. I trust this doctor absolutely. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I severely fractured 5th metatarsal in left foot in May 2017. Surgery done resulting in non-union fracture. While I cannot prove that she is responsible for the non-union, Dr Pulsifer was horrible at providing documentation and on ordering equipment which she stated that I needed. She NEVER provided paperwork for knee walker. She told me I needed a bone stimulator for a non-union fracture in September but NEVER ordered one. Bottom line...NOT RECOMMENDED.

The 1 person staff made excuses for the billing not being filed with the insurance, the dr. never followed up on 2 prescriptions she said I needed. I repeatedly requested a reason for why my claim was not filed with the insurance and was told by the '1 person staff' that she would let the dr. know. What kind of ridiculous practice is this! Go to someone that has a 'true' staff and will process your claims timely!!!

I have waiting for six (6) months for the return of an overpayment for services and have yet to receive same. The physician required payment up front, however, has refused to return the overpayment as well as charged to complete required insurance forms. When calling her office, the staff provided a billing company number. The billing company has been unable to get the physician to respond nor return the funds. I would not recommend this physician.
