I have been a patient of Dr. Srock’s for nine years. She has been a wonderful doctor and support with my disease. She answers all my questions. She truly cares about how I’m doing. I have recommended her to several people, including my sister.

Went to this doctor for a few years. Initially seemed to possibly get better with prescribed meds but continued to have issues. Doctor unwilling to help much further after labs kept coming back normal. I don't think she really cares about me or my health. She dimissed most of my ongoing issues after intial diagnosis. Truly dismissive and condescending. Pursuing health care elsewhere. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Skills seem dated and have the ability to figure out what is going on in possible more complex cases.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stock’s for over 12 years. She is great. She listens to me and knows that no one knows my body as well as I do. She doesn’t try to force a treatment regimen on you, or a medication you may not want to go on and is willing to try something other than the latest greatest medicine just because some pharmaceutical rep. is trying to push it on her patients.

Awsome Doctor.
I’ve read reviews that were not great on Dr Srock. My experience was as good as it gets. She asks a lot of questions to understand my overall health and current issues. Super friendly and engaging. High recommend her.

Not what I dreaded!!! Real answers
Made countless attempts to schedule a rheumatology appt after 11 weeks of shoulder orthopedist, spinal orthopedist, 2 MRIs, EMG, weeks of PT, and 24/7 excruciating hand and shoulder pain following a shoulder dislocation. Orthopedists’ diagnosis: rheumatoid arthritis - a mind-altering diagnosis. Dr. Srock took a thorough history, waded through exam and test reports, and found not a single indicator of rheumatoid arthritis nor any immunosuppressive condition. She confirmed osteoarthritis (no surprise), nerve compression in the spine (apparent source of unrelenting hand and shoulder pain), and osteoporosis, not revealed by DEXA test because spinal compressions don’t show up there. Dr Srock prescribed for nerve pain, referred for severe stenosis, and made sure I will treat osteoporosis. Though the last is not in an average rheumatologist’s wheelhouse, she will treat if i return to her. She is excellent!!!

Terrible! I received the bill before a diagnosis or follow up call!!! When I did finally get a voice mail from an inept assistant, incapable of pronouncing my condition, the message was incomprehensible! Scheduled a follow up w Dr. Schrock, and got another vm from the assistant saying that the appointment wasn’t necessary! ?? Ultimately, I am appalled at the level of care and follow through.

Dr. Srock is quite knowledgeable and concerned with my symptoms- she was very intent on finding the right solutions for my arthritis and kept a very close watch on my blood work and adjusted my medication as needed to keep me pain free and living normally even though I was diagnosed with extreme RA . I have been seeing her for 7 years now and couldn't be more pleased with her treatment and follow-up

While Dr. Srock is caring. Her staff is rude, lazy and incompetent! I asked for a call back on my cell phone providing them my cell # twice regarding getting labs done. Instead I got to email what the generic lab order. Then apparently they called my house phone despite me giving them my cell phone number. When I told them I did not receive a phone call they said yes we did we left your complete message. And when I try to just have a basic phone conversation with Dr. Srock about these concerns, they wanted to charge me $75 for a telephone call to complain about them to her! I also explained that insurance recommended I contact her office to verify that they do still take my insurance due to Insurance changes. They told me that I had to contact insurance instead even though I already told him Insurance told me to contact them to make sure they were still on contract!

My wife had been waiting 2 months for an appointment. We get a call saying Dr. Stock wasn't going to be in on Thursday the 24th, next appointment is the following day. Not a big deal, but we can't do it. The Dr. Would be leaving at 10:40am according to the receptionist(gabby) I asked if she could reach out to the doctor for just a little later appointment, noon. Keep in mind we have been waiting 2 months already. Wouldn't even send an email to ask for an hour and twenty minutes as a courtesy, tells me the doctor has a personal life. No kidding? So do we, and quite frankly we already scheduled accordingly because of what the doctor schedule was. If it was an emergency we wouldn't have been notified until the day of, so it isn't that. Spur of the moment and complete disregard for the patients. If you want to be seen by someone, I'd recommend a Dr. Who has a calendar in order, otherwise expect to be rescheduled with no consideration.

I rarely write negative reviews, but it is necessary in this case. I waited for about 2 months for an appointment that got cancelled three days prior by the practice. They only offered one specific time and day to reschedule the appointment which was impossible for me to take, alternative would be waiting until February 4th. I have serious health issues and am in constant pain and was just barely holding on until my appointment this week to finally get some help. Dr. Srock and her office do not care about that. I would recommend you go see a doctor who cares about her patients which clearly isn't the case here.
