I have been going there for a few years and have never had a great experience. Had an appointment today and my appointment was with Dr. Bonnett as it is every time I go. She, and the rest of the staff, thought I was a new patient. Rediculous. That place has really gone down hill since I started going there.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Bonnett. I was scheduled to see her and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment I was seen by the nurse practitioner instead. When I inquired about why I was seeing the NP instead of Dr Bonnett I was given a lame, run around reason why my appointment was switched. When I said that I was disappointed that I was not seeing the actual doctor that the appointment was scheduled with she did eventually stop in. She was very rude because apparently I Mush have inconvenienced her. Will not ever request her again. Such a disappointment.

If I could select 0 stars I would -- I was recently referred to her for a cancer skin check, during the visit she asked me if I had any concerns and barely looked me over. There was also a resident shadowing her, which was great because the resident seemed to care more about my concerns that Dr. Bonnett. Dr. Bonnett also took a sample while I was in the office and it was an awful experience. It was so bad that I had to see a cosmetic surgeon to fix the damage she had done!!!!

I was into see Dr Bonnett for a skin cancer check. i have never had a doctor put less effort into an exam than she did. She stood across the room and asked me if i had any issues. While i did bring up a couple of concerns she barely looked and the one spot a had in my hairline she would not even look for. At the same time i paid over $100 for her to remove skin tags and all she did was freeze them, which took 1 minute but the only outcome is 8 very sore spots that are not turning falling off
