Nice enough, but not warm
We’ve been seeing Dr. Gadecki since my daughter was born. She’s nice, but feels a bit dismissive of concerns. This was more frustrating as a new Mom. Also came off a bit judgmental when we switched to formula. She doesn’t provide that warm, fuzzy care that you anticipate a Pediatrician providing. She’s clearly very knowledgeable, but I would describe her as being a bit aloof. Switched providers because of this.
