Normal visit met with professional and empathetic doctor and office staff. Emergency visit scheduled for next day, took time to find out what was happening and got referral needed. Competent and complete care.

I do not even give her it her office staff a one. The care is below zero. We have an excellent Aetna plan that does NOT require authorization to see a specialist. For the past few months we have been arguing not only with her, but her medical staff that we DONOT have a managed care plan. She has denied my husband from seeing specialists that he has seen for years. Glad we are switching to another doctor. She feels she is a cardiologist, vascular surgeon, a Colo-rectal specialist and a kidney doctor. Enough is enough Run the other way fast!!
