Dr. Simon exhibits all the qualities I associate with an ideal physician. She genuinely cares about her patients. Her diagnoses are reliably accurate. She explains clearly all procedures and recommendations. She patiently listens and never rushes through appointments. A modest individual, she wears her medical expertise lightly. It is clear that she is at the top of her expertise and yet she maintains a fresh approach, always eager to learn and to hone her skill.

6 weeks ago made appt,stated needed full body check,as a melanoma patient & I have redness on my face,possibly rosacea,need checked too.A month later I go & doc says so you're here for rosacea,I explain, body check & rosacea,she says,You're scheduled only for quick rosacea appt, I said, but it was for body check too & I've waited a month. She said her staff makes lots of scheduling mistakes,don't tell themversatile in two weeks.I asked if it was no charge because they messed up,no!Bad business.
