Dr. Kathy Chang-Lipsenthal, MD

Dr Kathy always listens carefully and always looks to get what is needed. If not for Dr Kathy I might have gone undiagnosed for the bladder cancer due to an ER Physician initially refusing to do q CT scan as he didnt think it warranted what Dr Kathy suspected that something WAS wrong! I read a few of the reviews and I’m shocked to hear a couple say that she has a poor bedside manner or not a good diagnostic physician. That’s why I had to write this. I have been with Dr. Kathy for probably five years now and always found her incredibly helpful, respectful smiling, kind but most of all really an excellent physician , so I don’t know what occurred for anyone to say anything other than what my 5 plus years of seeing her has shown . I just cannot see anything other than her excellent credentials . I feel very lucky that she is my physician

Scheduled a virtual appointment and she never showed up. It cannot be that hard to get on a Zoom call. Doctors should be better than that.

I would not recommend Dr. Chang-Lipsenthal. She does not listen and has poor bed-side manner.

Weak diagnostician - no ability to listen to or empathise with patients. Seems very out of date too

I had a shockingly poor experience with Dr. Chang-Lipsenthal. She was abrupt, curt, and not all interested in listening to me, the patient. Don't bother, book with another provider, her colleagues are excellent.

Dr Chang has been sincerely interested in finding the most elegant - quickest and most effective - treatments to clear up whatever came along for me, and thinking back over a few years of presenting one difficulty after another to her, every response she found, either by drawing upon her own wealth of practical knowledge (like a dedicated movement regime clearing up post accident extreme dizziness) or referral to best in field specialists (a now honored forever hip surgeon), was, a success!
