I was a patient of Dr Cook for over 10 years. She was always cold and condescending. Her bedside manner was awful. I dreaded going to see her. I finally switched dermatologists and wish I had done so many years sooner.

Dr. Cook is very good and very experienced. I recommend her very highly. That said, her office is extremely inefficient and poorly run. Some examples: 1. I had a prescription that was supposed to be called in to a specialty pharmacy. They sat on this for about 2 weeks before doing anything, and as a result it will be about 1.5 months before I get the prescription. 2. When trying to resolve the problem above, I spoke with a nurse. But she didn't listen, didn't resolve the problem, and took a very long time to get back to me. It is unfortunate that the disorganization and lack of focus on customers distracts from an excellent physician. I hope she can get that resolved.

I have been going to Dr. Cook for approximately 18 years. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me with several different skin issues, including melanoma. I am always treated with respect and kindness by everyone there. I have complete trust in Dr. Cook and her staff, and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Cook was friendly and very thorough. She looked for precancerous lesions and found none. I felt she did a good exam letting me know I had dry skin and needed body lotion.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cook. She not only listens to your concerns but addresses them HONESTLY. She will tell you straight up if some form of treatment works or if it doesn't. She personally tries the new procedures that come out and gives you her honest opinion of the product or procedure. She removed a basal cell carcinoma spot on my forehead and you can not tell it was ever present. She did an excellent job of removal, explanation of treatment and what was my responsibility for self care at home. I would recommend her to anyone who has facial concerns. She has a down to earth, no bones but professional bedside manner!

Dr. Cook and her staff are awesome. They are kind, caring, responsible and detailed-oriented. My skin has improved so much since I started treatment! Thanks to Dr. Cook, I got rid of an awful stain on my cheek and Danielle is taking care of my facial hair. Chris is so nice! I love calling in to make appointments. Great team and reasonable prices.

Dr Cook was very thorough in my exam. Her staff were all so kind and attentive. Dr. Cook didn't push to have all kinds of anti-aging procedures done. I highly recommend her.
