Terrible experience. Went to Northside ATL ER after being diagnosed with Ectopic Pregnancy by my obgyn. My Ob called Dr Castillo to let her know we were coming yet we had to wait 5 hours for her. Several doctors and nurses apologized for the wait, they called Dr Castillo multiple times and got no answer, even though she was the on call OB that day. When she finally arrived she was short and rude. I asked about followup bloodwork that was required in a few days and her response was, 'I am not working'. An ectopic pregnancy is an extremely tough experience and when you also deal with doctors who don't care it is even tougher. On top of all of that she did not fill out the proper paperwork need for my required bloodwork giving me more hoops to jump through. Extremely disappointed and concerned that this doctor works in emergency services.

While Dr. Castillo is very nice. Her office is horrible. Making an appointment took over 30 minutes, trying to get test results took weeks and multiple requests, the nickle and dime you, and held on to money that they owed me for over 4 years without telling me. I only found out when they charged me for asking a question during my annual visit.
