GUTTENBERG IS OUTSTANDING ENDOCRINOLOGY DOCTOR!! AS A RETIRED PHARMACIST/PRECEPTOR OF PHARMACY, I would definitely want her to handle my family member's endocrinological disorders. She took a lot of time in a visit and explained to my loved one, my brother, and I together the importance of his medications and the roles each medication and lab work, plays toward preserving his life. She brought in necessary support staff to help him with parallel problems, caused by his illness to assist him. AWESOME!! She not only talked to him post op his surgery, she wrote his information down, just in case we forgot what we were explained. Also, as a PATIENT ADVOCATE/author, I highly recommend Dr. Guttenberg for your DOCTOR/TEACHER of your disease states involving diabetes, etc. You only have one life.... choose the best for your life. PS- Never met her prior to this visit. God Bless You and staff. Amen.

Dr. Katie Guttenberg was my endocrinologist in Philadelphia. She was vey professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient with me. She would always send me a message with my results or to discuss things we have missed during my visit. I truly miss her.

Horrible experience. Very arrogant. She doesn't listen to what you have to say. She will diagnose you based on your appearance and then do everything to confirm that diagnosis rather than having an open mind. Now in Houston Texas.

So rude. And her fellow, Miss Hamidi, was worse. Not helpful when requesting labs, told me they were unnecessary even when I offered to pay cash for them. Just the absolute worst kind of doctor you can imagine. Not helpful in determining what is going on with my body. It is clear that they do not teach bedside manner in med school. She would be better off as a mortician, definitely not good at working with living people that want help fixing real medical issues.

Acts like she's too busy to deal with patients. Doesn't call back. More concerned with going to lunch than treating patients.
