Went with chronic rhinitis and what was clearly a sinus infection. I was given two medicines that I have been given before and that were problematic, but she insisted I do them again. When I called back and said they weren’t working, I was refused anything new. I asked about balloon procedure, she recommended some big surgery. Also had to wait for a response until she got back from vacation a week later. Can’t believe there’s no back up doctor. I don’t feel she listened to anything I said and I didn’t think she fully understood my autoimmune condition. I do not think my problems were taken seriously. I also thought it was very difficult to communicate with her once you’re not in the office. The woman who takes all her messages and returns them get things confused. Expected better from UC.

I first met Dr Phillips as one of two surgeons who performed successful surgery on me in Jan 2022 to remove a pituitary tumor. She is extremely skilled and professional. Her manner is very pleasant, and she’s very easy to talk to - very friendly and shares any information you need to hear. I continue to be very impressed with her skill and treatment of me as a patient, and feel very fortunate to be a member of her practice.
