Dr. Barnes is a mediocre doctor. If you are one any controlled medication (i.e pain, anxiety, etc.) that is all she will talk about at your appointments even if you go for unrelated issues. She definitely has a vindictive side, and you don't want to get cross with her.

I love her - she has always been extremely kind to me and we are always able to discuss anything !! I also had breast cancer and now have health issues that stemmed from that. She can relate to that on a more personal level, and she is very thorough in answering questions. She is an awesome doctor. I am very happy with her and very happy to recommend her to anyone.

There are no words that can describe the fury and anger I feel towards Dr. Barnes and her staff. Dr. Barnes just took my 80 year old mothers anxiety medication away from her after being on the medication for over 40 years. COLD TURKEY! Her staff threatened my mother and badgered her and treated her like she is a criminal and I can only say there is a very special place down below waiting for this "Doctor"

Dr. Barnes turned our lives into Living HELL! She is vindictive and Very Dangerous! Wish I could go into detail but fear more retribution from this woman. Just know that if you have chronic pain and sign a pain management agreement with Dr. Barnes you are signing your death warrant. If you value your integrity, your reputation and your health do not, DO NOT let this woman near you and your family.

Dr. Barnes is a cold, uncaring, horrible person. She has put my family through hell because she kicked us out of the pain management program and then saw to it that we could not get into any other program.

I'm not sure what is up with this doctor's office. The staff will threaten you about your medications, it doesn't matter what kind of medication it even is. I was threatened to be taken off my cholesterol medication. I mean ... what??? Why am I paying to be bullied? Anyways. News flash. Your not the ONLY doctors office in town. And you need to get yourselves in order and treat people with some dignity and respect. I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

She was recommended by a close family friend. I called her office 6 times and left a message. When I asked my friend what was going on she said this was a common occurrence and that I might have to personally go to set an appointment. I tried calling again. On the 5th call they picked up, I explained that I would be a new patient. I let them know this was the 11th time I had called their office the woman very rudely told me she is busy and cant answer the phone. I will not be going there.

Extremely disappointed with this office. They are terrible in helping patients with prescriptions. Call-ins to pharmacy are rife with errors. Doing required prior authorizations with insurance company for certain medications are of no interest to them. They will not follow through or pay attention to details. Difficult to get a live person on the phone. Numerous calls to office to follow up on status of prescriptions are not returned to patient. Would not recommend to family or friends.

I am new to the state and am looking for a physician for my family. I had to fill out a form for each member to have doctor review and decide if they would accept us. It took a month with no response so I called ...no reply a week later I called again, this time they called me back within 48hrs.alway The lady at the front desk is very cold and not welcoming. Then I was told I was approved but it would take a month to get in for first visit. I explained we were in process of moving. More...
