Terrible office staff
The office staff is really incompetent, they sent me away when I got to my appointment, they said the doctor wasn't in network (Anthem HDHP). When I called my insurance they told me that the doctor was in fact IN network and sent me the information to show the office staff. I went back and they didn't even want to take a closer look at it they just sent me away again. Terrible service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It is hard as it is to have a frustrating medical condition and the office staff just made it even more frustrating.

Excellent expérience. No waiting. Diagnosis was completed very thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed and questions as expected. Issues with my sinuses were resolved.

Dr. Chaung's office asked me to reschedule to an earlier time. Which I did. After arriving to the new appointments time, Dr. Chaung told me through her nurse that she refused to see me because of my 3+ week ago visit to Japan. This would have been fine if they had told me beforehand, but they refused to see me and just sent me home, despite my symptoms being unrelated to covid-19 (allergy symptoms, no fever, no cough). I think that was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr Chaung treated me in December 2016 , complete thyroidectomy, and again in July 2018, radical neck dissection, while she was at Deaconess ENT in southwestern Indiana. A very thorough and kind Dr. She took all the time you needed, answered all of your questions, and made you feel like you were in good hands. the Tristate area lost a great asset while northern California gained one.
