Does not listen. Does not take time to understand.
Made claims that certain conditions don't cause pain and had said, 'You're here, aren't you?' In regards to physically being able to make it to an appointment that they required me to attend in-person with threat of discontinuing meds all while knowing I'd spent over a year in bed due to pain. Every time I've met this doctor, she's been cold and distant. I'd pour my heart out, begging for help and she'd continue to take meds away. After finding a doctor that actually listens, it's quite shocking to think back on the 'care' I received from her.
