Dr. Katrine Moreale, MD

I visited with Dr. Moreale, via video meetings, for almost 4 years. She was ALWAYS, pleasant, thorough, attentive to my questions and my answers to her questions. She was open to discussion of my physical activities, health concerns, and even my family. I could not have asked her to be more personable and helpful. She frequently ordered lab tests, and discussed the results, and her recommendations in detail. I was very disappointed when I learned that she was no longer at Plushcare! I seriously doubt that her critics are likely to find anyone who could meet their “ standards”!

Dr Moreale was great! Quick to diagnose and provide proper and effective care!

I don't know why people are saying she has a condescending attitude! You guys are probably sexist and expect women to be sweet all the time. I think she is very straightforward and helpful.

Saw Dr. Moreale through Teledoc, she was great! Really helpful— answered my questions and gave me the treatment I needed. Kind, caring, intelligent, and on top of it. I appreciate a doctor who gives succinct, correct answers without sacrificing bedside manor! Thanks!

I have to agree!!!! She has a very condescending attitude. I am so glad everyone feels the same. I thought I was the only one having to repeat myself and only to get shut down by her. She asks me questions like I'm stupid. I'm an educated patient and work in the medical field too. I'm no doctor but I know enough that she treats us like we're stupid! Don't recommend her. My encounter with her was via Teledoc. I can only imagine those who meets her face to face. She sounded annoyed with me. Never again!

I have to agree with a couple of these comments. I’ve seen this Dr twice over the last few years and she is extremely condescending. She makes you feel like you’re wasting her time being there. I think she assumes that patients are beneath her. I’m an educated and professional woman, yet she treated me like I was stupid, an oversight on her part there. But, beggars can’t be choosers hey? I needed a diagnosis and I was on my way to CVS...the front desk women are very nice and helpful.

Saw Dr. Moreale in urgent care today and she had terrible bedside manner and had no empathy at all. She was very smug and condescending. This not the kind of experience I was expecting to have especially when you are not feeling well. She said she could not prescribe an antibiotic. When I asked what I could take to alleviate symptoms she didn't recommend anything. She said to ask the receptionist for a list of medications that are recommended or do nothing, just wait 7 to 10 days to get better.

Not a fan. When people go to urgent it's usually because it's urgent and they aren't feeling well. She's comes off sounding rather like a condescending bozo. Shes asked me a question and I told her I have several things going on and my answer would be a bit longwinded. She basically checked out about half way into my response. Her reply to me was ok I'm not really sure why you are telling me all of this. My response was you asked me a question and I gave you an answer....

Terrible bedside manner, condescending and terribly smug. I felt very poorly, fevered and was put in an extra overflow room with an upright chair. The look on her face when she walked in and my feet were actually up on her stool said it all from the start. Such a shame.
