I made an appointment for a consult on a drooping eyelid. Spent 15 minutes with assistant and student who did some tests of my ability to read letters and follow light. Dr. Heher came in disagreed with their assessment and said she would wait to do anything. Said she could do procedure to make upper eyes look 20 years younger and remove fat pads below, but went on to say should wait and “ even if wanted to do she couldn’t schedule anything as no one there to do it said Tufts is so understaffed and a mess and she is moving her practice to her cosmetic surgery office. She wrote her number in a card and said call her there. She was with me for 10 minutes. It was a big waste of my time and then I got a bill for $1,220!! I specifically asked if they accepted insurance and the answer was yes. Was not a good experience and felt all kinds of wrong.

My eyelid surgery was to correct drooping eyelids. Stitches were poking out of one of my lids post surgery and had to be removed in the office. One of the stitches is still visible and would have to be removed in an operating room. I'll go to someone else to correct it. Also, my eyes no longer look the same - one eye is now smaller than the other. I do not recommend her as a surgeon.

Dr Heher is unbelievable. Everything, start to finish, was professional and warm. She made several comments that I'll never forget, and all proved true: "Oh, I can make you look 15 to 20 years younger." Boom! "I'm a perfectionist." Yes! Just what i want. She is confident and deservedly so. The results were exactly as she had projected: 15-20 years younger but not obvious. ..not that scared look. I can't believe I waited so long. It was quick and easy and affordable. She deserves 6 stars.

Dr. Heher fixed my drooping eyelids and the experience was top notch from start to finish. She is highly competent and professional and it's clear that she knows exactly what she is doing. I tend to be anxious and her confidence and warm bedside manner put me completely at ease. I knew exactly what to expect during my recovery and am very pleased with the results. Her office manager also was helpful, professional and kind.

Amazing doctor who just fixed my upper eyelids! I had been wanting to do this surgery for a very long time but was nervous.Dr Heher did an amazinh job and has great bedside manner. I couldn't be more pleased !!

Couldn't ask for a better proffesional to take care of my droopy eyelids. Knowledgeable, Energetic, she loves her work and it showed on my results.
