One star for the office staff. The doctor, Katy Lockhart - I wasted money on her. She just referred me to other doctors for something as simple as a oral contraception switch when I just had my last PAP with Cigna within the last year.. she could have easily looked up my health hx within their own system. She will refer you, refer you and refer you out again... and we all know how much $ that type of care can rack up. who knows if she'll take it upon herself to treat patients. Also, she ordered blood work for me but never called me with results. I had to msg her on the Cigna My Chart portal to see what exactly my results meant a week after because they were not all within normal range. Low and behold, received a very dry msg that said I should have repeat labs done and follow up... have yet to receive such orders on file.. thank goodness I checked my results and FOLLOWED UP MYSELF. Why the doctor and/or Cigna didn't call me with these results is beyond me..

She is so sweet and a very caring person. She truly does make you feel very at ease in her office! She is very thorough and listens to everything you say.
