I was ok until l was dropped as a pt because l was a Medicare pt. I did not like the way l was told. A secretary calling me to give me this information. not followed up with a letter. I am in the process of finding another MD. I am not happy how this was handled. I felt discarded.

Kay Oso is a most disrespectful medical (un)professional. In attempting to scold me for what he perceived to be noncompliance, he became belligerent and obnoxious. I was willing to hear what he had to say, but I was not willing to let him speak to me as if I were a bad child. When I pointed out I was his elder and he had overstepped his bounds, he informed me he would talk to his mother the same way. I stated he needs to learn respect. He is a baboon of the highest caliber and a disgrace to the medical profession. I would give -100 stars if possible.

Dr. Kay Oso is mean, very insensitive to the patients time. I had blood drawn in his office which was painful. After waited for him for 2 1/2 hours For him to come in the room. When did he never apologized for the wait actually forgot about me. Then to only tell me him was not seeing me and to either reschedule or find a new doctor. This was my first time in his office and I was very disappointed because I had really needed to be seen.

in the last week So I am at the doctor's office Dr. Kay Oso to get a yearly physical and he states that if he fills my blood pressure prescription that he has to charge me an office visit as well as charge me insurance for my physical. This seems fraudulent to me. He then refused to see me if I didn't see him for a blood pressure visit and pay him 87.50 for the appointment.

I wasted a year as his patient. I have witnessed him openly rebuke the staff for consulting more than 10 min. He constantly denies referrals or assisting support stating "because of my location, my ins would not pay, my conditions are not improving so I request he be more proactive in my care again he says my ins won't pay. I have provided 3 DMV handicap forms, each being told cost $5, with 24 -72 hr retrieval time, his staff wished me good luck getting it done, staff wk with broken equipment
