Dr. Kc Bens, MD

I should preface this by mentioning that I never leave reviews unless the experience was exceptionally bad or exceptionally good and this is the latter. I had an awesome experience with Dr Bens. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to any medical treatment and she did an awesome job at keeping me as calm as possible during the procedure, while also training a Resident Dr which I also found impressive. The post procedure recovery was very quick and almost entirely painless. I have already recommended Dr Bens to several friends.

Dr. Bens provides an effective process of examination, diagnosis, and issue resolution. She answered all of my questions throughout our encounters and seemingly knew my questions and concerns before I asked. Dr. Bens is consistently friendly, thoughtful, and genuine. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a urologist.

Dr. Bens and the entire office staff were great. I was really nervous about my symptoms, Dr. Bens took the time to explain things to me as well as listen to my concerns.

Very patient when answering questions.

Dr Bens was very good about asking pertinent questions and was quick to transcribe them in her notes. She was easy to understand and easy to talk to. I’ve never had a better Doctor! She offered good ideas about my diagnosis and explained what she wanted to do in upcoming appointments. She explained her ideas very clearly and succinctly. I was completely in awe of her skills and her style. I can’t say anything negative about Dr Bens!

Dr. Bens and her office staff are awesome! She takes the time to address any concerns, carefully explain the medication/treatment plan, and answer any questions. I also appreciate how she explains the treatment plan in a way that is easy to understand. She is very courteous and professional and goes above and beyond to treat the issue. Her office is also very courteous and quick to respond to appt requests and questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bens!
