She's current on treatments, medications and symptoms. I have respect for her expertise and level of care.

Dr. West is possessed of some superior qualities. She hears and retains absolutely everything that is said to her. Without delay, she incorporates the information just expressed and moves immediately to the most important aspect of it. There is not a single pretentious element to Dr. West's presence. Sure, she possesses all of the kinds of degrees, residency experiences, and specialized certifications, that all such intelligent people have accumulated. But there are other elements about her that set her completely apart from, and make her a better primary care physician than, other people who possess exactly the same professional education and credentials.
