Dr. Keerthi Mulamalla, MD

As a nurse, I have worked with physicians over 50 years. Dr. Mullamulla is outstanding with clinical expertise and equally important listens well, clarifies information and always asks if there are more questions or concerns. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

Dr. mullamalla is a good doctor and does listen to her patients. However, the staff in her office and throughout the Wellstar system is another thing. They have incorrectly filed my bill and my multiple attempts to reach out and get it fixed were fruitless over the past year. I was passed around, left multiple messages with different people, and was never assisted to fix the problem. As a patient and as a consumer, this kind of response is unacceptable for patients and for that reason I will never come back to Wellstar. Their incompetence for billing correctly and assisting patients when there is a problem is horrible. They don’t care to make things right. I’m deeply disappointed in the care I have received from the billing and office staff at her office and lab billing.
