Does not listen very well and does not pay attention to what it is it you’re telling her. As one example - I had been complaining about low back pain and she proceeded to then try and do a cursory exam while I was sitting in the chair, weirdly palpating me right under my neck. She asked me if it hurt there and I reminded her it was my low back where she then proceeded to palpate me down towards the low back. Just odd.

Dr Pakala is good listener, thorough and best doctor.

Dr. Keerti Pakala is the most ill-prepared, non-empathetic, coldest, unsympathetic, physician I have experienced in my 71 years. On meeting her you will find that she has no idea of your medical history, will not have read your chart, has no appreciation of either your physical or psychological condition. Her primary concern, as expressed three different times in under fifteen minutes, is to "protect my medical career", by eliminating all of your existing medications. This she will do without consideration of your need for those meds, and she will offer no replacement or alternative. If challenged, she sends you off to find another physician. If you must change doctors avoid this Dr. at any cost because this physician is far more interested in collecting a paycheck and protecting her career than your quality of life.
