Visited Dr Aldrich twice in 2021 so this is long overdue. He was attentive to my concerns and help me understand the condition of my hand and did not recommend surgery but time and patience to allow hand to recover on its own.He has a sweet disposition as well. Will definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Aldrich and his staff were very courteous and attentive. He explained the problem and offered solutions. The whole process, exam, x-rays and including the injections went very quickly. I will see him again if the need arises.

Dr. Aldrich has great bed side manners! Treat you like a person not a number. He listened to me when I couldn't really explain what was going on with my arm. I just knew I was in pain. He gave me a shot in my elbow that was not fun but it work. Thank you Jesus for Dr. Aldrich my arm feels better now I can work out again.

Dealing with any kind of pain is hard, but dealing with pain in hand/wrist area is the worst - it gets in the way of daily life! Dr. Aldrich understood my issue and was very gentle and patient during entire exam and treatment phase!!

My experience was similiar to the person in July. I came to Alderich as I had a good experience with another dr in the firm. Dr was helpful, surgery went well. 12 pain pills called in when they normally call in 30. Took calling the office all day the next day to rectify I don't know if something went wrong, or my healing is different. I can't get in with dr, after 3 days of continues calls, they finally say they will address the prescription and call in a refill, right as they are closing. They never and call. I had the oncall dr paged to address, and now he won't call me back. Dr Alderich might be great, but the issues of his offices have me so upset to deal with them. I would not recommend them. Their doctors are very good. It is just so disappointing that 90% of the time, you deal with the other staff and they are impossible to reach, unreliable when you do, and do not treat customers with empathy.

Dr. Aldrich has exceptional customer service! I was nervous about taking my 5 year old son to see a specialist. Dr. Aldrich helped ease my nerves by greeted us with a smile (in his eyes). He helped us feel welcomed by the gentle way he spoke. I feel understood, important and comfortable with him as my sons orthopedic doctor. He took his time to address any concerns or questions my husband and I had. Highly professional, patient, kind, intelligent, well informed, and dedicated to his profession is how I would describe Dr. Aldrich. Thank you again Dr. Aldrich for your superior service! We appreciate your hard work and dedication. We look forward to our son's follow-up appointment!

My Dr is great. The office however is impossible to reach. I had surgery and my pain meds are not helping. I called the office the day of my surgery and left a message for the Dr assistant. No one called me back. It's now been over 24hrs since my surgery. No new meds have been called into my pharmacy. Despite being told several times today they would be called in. Now it's after hours, the pharmacy closes soon. I will have another sleepless night, in pain.

I can’t say enough good about Dr Aldrich. My surgery was common and mundane, done perfectly - then my hand rejected the ‘implant’ that was placed (that would have happened no matter who did the surgery). Without any question, no drama or fuss, his attitude was “I see that there’s a problem, so let’s fix it”. He figured out what had to be done, did the research to see if there was a precedent for this event (no), and did his best work to return my hand function to normal. In fact, it was such a one of a kind surgery that he now knows exactly who is writing this! The function of my hand is well on the way back to normal, and it’s only been a short time since the repair. We RNs are fussy with our doctors, so when a surgeon gets the RN Seal of Approval you know he’s good.
