Dr. Baker took the time to really listen to my symptoms and ask the necessary questions. I had been to an urgent care before him and had gotten a mis-diagnosis and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Baker was able to figure out what was really going on and was easy to talk to and work with. If I had an emergency again (hope I don't), I would want to have Dr. Baker there to treat me!

Dr Keith Baker treated my Mom whose accompanying paperwork as required by her dementia ward, clearly stated she had dementia, and to contact her PoA as indicated on that paperwork. She had fallen asleep in her wheelchair and slipped to the floor and could not answer his questions. He authorized all sorts of ct scans and other tests because SHE COULDN'T respond because she has no idea who she is anymore. He did not follow the procedure on the accompanying document. we finally got a call from a nice young lady several hours later asking for information on medications which our family Physician said St Lukes had access to. I think they just built up the charges to cover rapid expansion at the cost of good medical practice.
