Dr. Keith Basler, MD

Every time I go there I have to wait for about half an hour,then a gain inside the waiting room for 45 minutes. Took him three visits to diagnose my problem and in the end referred me to another doctor all the way in Tampa I don’t know why, there is more specialist around here but I guess he’s doing a favors for another doctor there. It’s a shame that medical field is like that now. Add to this,An organized office, they did not update my insurance information in their office until I cut that and I told them this is not the right insurance that I called in before I came for my visit, un friendly from the front office all the way to the doctors. I don’t recommend anybody to go there, and I will never go again there

I was in need of urgent professional ENT care and Dr. Basler accommodated my needs not only quickly, but proficiently. I am more than pleased with him and the staff at this office. Thank you again Dr. Basler!

Dr. Basler was very thorough in his exam and really explained everything in layman's terms so that we knew exactly what he was talking about and was very helpful with answering all of the questions we had.

Competent doctor, but I wish he had been warmer toward me during procedures that were uncomfortable and painful. The front desk did give me a new N-95 mask when they noticed that mine had seen better days, a gesture that I appreciated.

We noticed our son was pulling at his ears over and over for months and our Pediatrician said he was just teething. After Dr Basler saw my son he noticed my son wasn't hearing well. He ran a few test and found fluid in his ears. Dr Basler recommended we have tube put in. Now my son no longer pulls on his ears and is hearing things again. Dr Basler did a great job diagnosing the root of the problem and was extremely nice to our son. We can't thank him enough!!

Dr. Basler was an excellent clinician, astute diagnostician, and a great listener. He put me at ease with my concerns, was never rushed, and went over a comprehensive treatment plan. My chronic allergy and sinus issues have been significantly improved with his expertise, of which I thank him greatly. The follow up was also appropriate to make sure I was improving throughout the course. Highly recommend for people looking for an ENT.

WOW! What an office! Dr Basler is amazing! He is very personable and listens to your concerns. He explains things on such a level that the patient can understand. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities, advice and follow-up treatments! He comes down to the patient’s level while maintaining the line of professionalism and the doctor/patient relationship. From the initial scheduling with Lynees and being able to get in for an appointment very quickly, to the easy and efficient check-out process with Jessica, and everything in-between, was awesome. Perla is an excellent first impressions person and was very welcoming and so personable. David, one of Dr Basler’s medical assistants was very thorough in the history questioning and very friendly. Irene was very helpful in trying to figure out which facility to get my CT scan. Demetricus, and Tyson, who were working behind the station, were very outgoing and willing to do anything needed. I thank you ALL for blessing me today!
