This doctor we have been seeing for my mother is not even worth 1 star. It is clear he arrives at work because he needs a paycheck, not to help his patients. His evaluation consists of asking who the president is and what year it is. In his mind, if you are able to construct a sentence and answer these questions, there's no problem. Meanwhile, the family that knows their loved ones the most, understands there are changes happening and the only way this doctor responds is by providing a prescription for meds that, in our mom's case, cause nightmares, not help cognition. He is not interested in sharing information or resources to help his patients, instead he prefers to waste everyone's time by rattling on about research that's being done elsewhere and boring family members that need real solutions. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. His name came up in a conversation at work and a coworker's experience was just as frustrating, and useless. If you want real help, avoid this doctor.

Thanks
My first visit was this week. We found him to be very informative. There are a couple of paths we could take and we agreed to his recommendation. He was through with his questions and let us ask ours. Although, most of ours questions were answered in his explanations. We would highly recommend Dr. Brecher. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment. We'd like to add his office help were also a true pleasure. They made our day. Thank you!

Thorough and Attentive
Afternoon appointment and there was almost no wait to be seen by Dr. Brecher. He was very thorough in explaining my husband's diagnosis and prognosis. He listened and made us feel at ease about my husband's condition.

I would NOT recommend this practice or Dr. Brecher. I've been trying to find the cause of an involuntary neck movement for a few months and was referred to this practice. Both of my parents have multiple neurological disorders, so I didn't want to wait on this. The RNP was very dismissive of my concerns and expressed that she had never heard of one of my mother's neurological disorders. That was unsettling. When Dr. Brecher finally came it, he didn't listen to me at all and didn't review any of my health information or family history before diagnosing me with Tourette's Syndrome. I had to stop him from leaving the room twice so he could answer my questions. He clearly didn't have time for me. A quick look at the CDC's webpage on Tourette's tells me that I do not have ANY of the qualifiers for it. Needless to say, I do not trust Dr. Brecher's diagnosis and won't be back to see him. Thankfully, I'll be getting diagnostic imaging done elsewhere to look into my symptoms further.

Great, caring doctor who sincerely wants to help his patients. Unlike some other doctors who allow their pride to get in the way of patient treatment, Dr. Brecher will refer patients to other specialists if he believes there is a chance their condition could improve. He is also great at following-up afterward.

Garbage Garbage Garbage. He ignored my problems, ignored my questions, and couldn't even be bothered to sit down. Any concerns I had were brushed off like he was brushing dirt off his shoulder. Unfortunately there is a massive shortage of neurologists in this country, and beggars can't be choosers, especially when you're waiting 4+ months for an appointment. Otherwise, I'd recommend you look somewhere (probably anywhere) else.

As a former EMT /Paramedic I can tell you Keith Brecher is very unprofessional. He ordered an MRI of my neck which I had and booked an appointment to review the results. My follow up appointment was set for 3:50pm. I arrived to his office @ 3:55 due to traffic .There was only ONE other patient waiting to be seen and she was a new patient.. They took her in over me @ 4pm and told me I would have to re-schedule! Do not waste your time seeing this rude human there are much better Neurologists.
