Dr Gates assessment in the Emergency room was incomplete as he discussed. He had the professionalism to study my Xrays more and get a second opinion to arrive at the correct diagnosis. After his analysis he expedited admission and surgery to repair my hip.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life. If you can even call him a doctor. I went to the ER because I tested positive at home for Covid and I had severe throat pain to the point of unbearable. He walked in with an attitude, told me he could do nothing for me and that it’s going to get much worse. Never once did he check my temperature, look at my throat, check to see if I actually did have Covid. In fact he didn’t do anything at all!! I never even took my mask off. His nurse was just as rude. Her name is Sidney. Luckily I quickly went to a real doctor and they prescribed me what I needed and I felt better in hours. I was on day two when I went to the ER and he said to me and I quote. “Typically day 7 is the worst”. He basically didn’t care if I died. He is the worst doctor (again if you can even refer to him as that). He needs his License revoked. He also needs to go back to school and learn how to a. Treat Covid. And b. Treat patients.
