Dr Hinshaw and staff are great and attentive
Dr. Henshaw did my hernia surgery in early December 2023. I made my decision based on, I had worked with him about 20 years ago in surgery and he was always highly regarded as a top notch surgeon . I still work at a hospital where he has privileges and was able to talk to people in the OR that work with him. 100% of those people. recommended, Dr. Henshaw. Many saying he is old-school. My sister being one of them which is a Nurse, anesthetist that said I should Consider Dr. Hinshaw. One day while working at the hospital I was working with another nurse anesthetist And he mentioned he was having hernia surgery the following Monday, I said really I’m having mine done on Tuesday. Who’s doing your surgery and he said Dr. Henshaw. I asked why did you pick him and he said he’s old-school and is a great surgeon. Right then I knew I made the best choice I could. Thank you Dr. Hinshaw and staff.

Dr Hinshaw is an amazing doctor! He removed a fairly large lipoma on my shoulder next to my neck the first time that I saw him. He didn't send me to the hospital and no recovery time! It was amazing! He totally put me at ease, very caring and no pain. I will recommend him to everyone I know. I hope he keeps doing what he's doing for a very long time. He is definitely a very skilled surgeon. Thank you sooo much! The office staff are very good as well.

Dr. Hinshaw was very professional and straightforward. He explained my procedure to me in very simple and easy to understand ways. My recovery was much shorter than expected which I attribute to him knowing the best way to operate on my issue. Would highly recommend Dr. Hinshaw!

Dr. Hinshaw is a true professional. He deserves 10 stars! He was able to operate on my 90-year old dad’s inguinal hernia and also treated him with respect and caring. After receiving an opinion from another surgeon that my dad shouldn’t have an operation at all, that it was too risky, and he should just take Tylenol to deal with pain, my family was absolutely relieved to get a second opinion from Dr. Hinshaw. We are so grateful for his tremendous skill and amazing bedside manner!!

3 different hernias repaired. Other doctors brushed off the idea of me having a hernia. My symptoms were not typical. Dr. Hinshaw took the time to listen to me and really investigate my pain. Very thorough in explaining procedures, recovery has been great. Amazing doctor, a blessing.

Excellent surgeon. I was very worried about having a mesh installed for hearnia repair ie infection, accepting mesh, etc My internist told me he was an expert in hearnia repair, and he does a lot. I talked to several nurses at the hospital and they all said he is top notch, very little problems. He repaired an incisional multiple hernias in one surgery laperoptically at Crinttenton outpatient. He was able to fit me in quickly during holiday season so I did not have to miss work.
