He practices medicine like he got his degree online!! Complete fool and acts like he has a bit of a god complex.

First off , I give Dr. Layne and his Staff 5 out 5 Stars, they are on very Professional and friendly, they will work around your schedule to get you in, not theirs. The 3 Stars is about their billing office, ever sense they switched to Normal regional, I have had nothing but problems with their billing system. I pay a bill in full, they keep sending the same bill stating I didn't pay it, I give them the check number and date they cashed it and I will still get another bill for the same services. It takes months to get it cleared up. Again, Dr. Layne and his Staff are OUTATANDING, Their billing office is HORRIBLE.

We've used Dr. Layne for about 10 years. He is an excellent dr. But since becoming affiliated with Norman Regional, his service and staff have gone way down hill. My son had been on a medication for over 5 yrs. Not getting it prescribed to him can cause severe withdrawal, anxiety and depression. The last time I called and requested a refill, either his staff or Dr. Layne decided it wasn't necessary to refill this medication. I requested 3 medications, 2 if them were refilled. The most important navigation was ignored. Now, my son is going through withdrawal, he's 11. Would you want this for your child? I would never recommend Dr. Layne again. Especially since he became affiliated with Norman Regional. His front desk staff and office manager are not trustworthy. They do not take messages correctly or chariot to ignore certain requests. The office manager chooses to ignore requests, especially if he doesn't know what they are about.

I have been a patient of Dr. Layne’s for over 15 years and I don’t like going to anyone else. I love him and his staff so much that I drive from Midwest City to continue seeing him. He has helped me through everything from sinus infections, back pain, even my anxiety and depression over the years. He knows me and my history and I trust his opinion.

disgraceful. made an appointment with Dr. Layne right after moving to Oklahoma and since then i've called in 7 times over the course of 2 months to confirm which type of allergy treatment would be available. i get the same response each time and culminated to today when i was put on hold for an hour and ultimately told i need to schedule another appointment to speak wit the doctor because "there's no one to pull up my chart/info". i was told to call the allergy clinic but i dialed the same num

Dr. Keith Layne was one of the most unprofessional physicians I have ever seen. He mixed his "medical advice" with his own personal beliefs and biases. The result being that I left without any true help of any kind. I would never recommend this doctor and believe he needs to stick to science and leave social issues out of the picture.
