No, I would not recommend him to even attend my dog. He gave me double the correct dose of Fentanyl before surgery even after he was told twice that I could not take strong drugs. There is also no way to report him since he is employed by the hospital only. He does not have to answer to patients at all and only meets them a few minutes before surgery.
