Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Disrespectful and incompetent
Dr. Norton has been dismissive and condescending while talking with grieving family members. He also makes excuses upon excuses for unacceptably long delays. He made careless mistakes causing the death certificate to be incorrect and has taken more than 2 months and STILL has not competently submitted the corrections.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Norton?
The family of Richard L Bryant (DOD 6-11-2022) has been patiently waiting for Dr. Norton to sign his name on a case he was assigned. I have been informed by 2 different associates within the office that they have forwarded 2 different emails to Dr. Norton to kindly sign and forward the requested documents to his family in Kansas City, which we started requesting in September. 149 days and counting.

Possible correction
The business had you listed as the provider. Could you please provide a way for me to verify that you are no longer with them? If so, I will gladly remove the review. They were really awful.

Don't know the 'doc' just know this business is trash, doesn't care about the deceased or the family, won't accept information, or questions, and is entirely unprofessional.
