Cursing at Residents in The Augusta University hospital is my very first experience with Dr. O'Malley. While waiting in the exam room, he barged in on his Resident and proceeded to completely embarrass him for doing a simple history on me ( the patient). After removing the Resident, he yelled and accosted him in the hallway, in full ear shot on me. Then he flung the door open and had the audacity to ask me if I had any questions. Which, obviously I had a ton of questions. All of which would be normal before agreeing to surgery. Fast forward to my actual surgery day, I never even saw the man. He never bothered to talk to me again after our 1st encounter. I asked several times if I was going to see him or any of the physicians that were going to be involved in my surgery. I was told that they didn't know why he hadn't come to see me yet. He never did. After asking several times he sent a Student to mark where my incision would be. If I could have found another Surgeon in a timely manner
