Dr. Postma was very friendly. He had already looked at my chart and had reviewed my CT scans the night before my appointment, which I appreciated because he was already well informed of my condition before our appointment. He seemed well prepared, knowledgeable, and gave straightforward information.

Dr. Postma was willing to address an ear problem that recently happened along with the planned sinus debridement. He let me stay as long as I needed to and worked hard to get the bleeding to stop. He and the nurse checked on me frequently and took good care of me until the bleeding stopped.

Nope
Very aggressive while cleaning my ear - as though he were scraping paint. When I asked to see what he had removed, it was almost the size of the tip of a straight pin! He had to step out of the room to accept a call which was fine but returned to my appointment and tried to rush through in order to make up for lost time. After asking for a clearer explanation of his statements regarding my visit, I pointed out various contradictions he kept making. It was as though he hoped I would just get confused and say, Oh, okay. After pointing this out, Dr Keith Postma stated he really did not have an answer for the situation I presented. He was very persistent on me having another round of allergy testing (shots in both arms and scrapes on the back) with 'his team' however this was done elsewhere-twice. Dr. Postma then documented incorrectly the reason I made the appointment in the first place. I need more than a smile to earn my respect...I did not return.
