My name is Diane McCarry and I had been to two Psychiatrists before Dr. Young. I stopped seeing the other two doctors because they were not helping my problem adequately. Dr. Young was an excellent diagnostician, as well as a person who listened carefully, made wise suggestions, and was thoughtful, kind, thorough and prompt. He also prescribed medication that helped me tremendously and I most highly recommend him to anyone who feels inclined to see a psychiatrist. There are not enough complimentary words in the dictionary to describe what an excellent psychiatrist and man Dr. Young is in my opinion.

After using him for 7+ yrs and having him prescribe various medications, he completely disappeared. It has been almost 6 months with no contact from him. He charges for visits that never happen. He raises his prices without the patients knowledge

Dr. Young brings a disorganized and haphazard approach to pharmacology. He is indifferent and inert for most therapy sessions bringing little or nothing to the table. Dr. Young needs a break or sabbatical not to be treating people with serious medical conditions.
