Dr. Kellie Aarons, MD

I wasn’t feeling well so. Called the office to have a prescription called in. I waited on hold over 30 minutes to speak with someone. I was told Dr. Aarons would call the prescription in. I then called a few hours later because I was concerned about the Rx not being called in. I, again waited on hold over 30 minutes to be told same thing. Shocker!! Prescription was NEVER called in!!!!

Dr. Aaron’s spends as much time is necessary to discuss my issues & concerns. Her professionalism is superb and she explains issues in a manner that I understand. Dr. Aaron’s is an asset to HCA physicians

I am very disappointed in Dr. Kellie Aaron's failure to inform me of a serious health problem evidenced by lab tests over the last 1-1/2 years. I like Dr. Aarons, who is very pleasant and attentive, and always included me in decision making about my care. However, I only learned I have a serious disease because I decided to download and review my own lab work. As soon as I found out about the problem, I requested an immediate referral to a specialist. I've seen Dr. Aarons twice since lab results were posted, but no followup has been done: * During the first visit she did not discuss with me, but noted in her office notes (which weren't provided to me). Had we discussed, a prudent clinician would have referred me to a specialist for followup. * The second visit was my annual wellness exam. If she had previously discussed with me, she certainly would have followed up on something this serious. Instead, it was neither brought up during the visit nor in the notes.
