Dr. Kelly Ahmed, MD

She walked in the room and asked me, 'What's the matter with you?' This is a miserable physician who needs her license revoked. She also put on her notes that I was not interested in receiving my medication Simivastatin.

Dr K Ahmed has been my Doctor for almost 8years. I thought highly of her and her staff but the customer care in her office has really gone down. I had a appointment that had to be rescheduled 2xs due to dr calling out. This was very frustrating to me, because it had to do with my medications. They didn't try to work me in sooner,and so I saw the nurse practitioner.. I decided to look for a new Doctor.

Professional and Attentive.

Dr Kelly Ahmed , my dr. For many years. I'm looking for a good doctor. Her staff is non compliant, rude and not professional. This staff is a direct reflection of her. My quality of life is worse due to her and her staff. Now looking for a great Dr. And staff who really helps. The problem in my opinion is her choices of staff.

I actually like Dr. Kelly herself, and Kathy the PA is nice, but they are completely useless because their staff don't do anything. You cannot get an appointment for at least 3 months out, I am an insulin dependent, type 1 diabetic, and I have been waiting for two months for them to fax in a refill for my insulin. If Wal Mart didn't sell generic insulin over the counter, I would be dead by now if I waited for MY DOCTOR to actually do her job. I filed a grievance with my insurance.

Dr. Kelly Ahmed's office staff are incompetent and rude. You cannot ever get an appointment with the doctor. I was in the ER for something serious and the soonest I could get a follow up with my PRIMARY DOCTOR was three months later. The only person in the office who is helpful is the PA Kelly, but she can't do anything for you anyways. I would rather take over the counter meds than mess with this horrible physician who doesn't pay attention anyways.

This Doctor is unprofessional. I had doctor ordered work release after being hospitalized for an illness. I have been trying to have the doctor fill out the doctor's certification form for my SDI benefits to process. It's been nearly three weeks and she has not filled out the form. I asked them if they could do the form online (like most doctors do these days), quick and easy, and they said "we're not set up for that". Really!?!?! It's 2017! Now I have no idea how I'm going to pay rent or power

Dr. Is a caring Doctor who listens to her patients. She has been very helpful, and through in my medical care. I am a nurse by profession who specialized in primary care clinic administration. My only negative is in the care received from doctor's staff.

Staff is super friendly an awesome!! Dr. Kelly is simply amazing!

I Absolutely LOVE Dr. Kelly, she always gives her full attention and time to m. The new receptionist is so sweet and a great improvement from the last girl.

Staff is unfriendly, especially the receptionist. When you call in to refill an RX your lucky if they give your message to the nurse to do it..you can wait for days and it still is not ready..Cathy is the only person there with a smile..
