Awesome!
Dr. Benabou is awesome, she cares about your mental health as well as your physical health. she takes all of your symptom's seriously. I have had nothing, but excellent care from this provider.

0 communication between dr. and scheduler they are on two very different planets. Dr. Benabou says one thing in person & the opposite over phone. I am finding different care.

*Dr. Benabou was easily one of the best physician I've been with in many years. She was patient, knowledgeable, and listened to my questions. It's not easy to find a doctor willing to spend time actively participating in a health conversation. She was excellent.

Dr. Kelly Benabou is a blessing. I have been to see many doctors in the past due to having many operations. I have had several bad experiences with other doctors so I know a good provider from a bad one. Dr. Kelly Benabou is a wonderful doctor, trustworthy, has a great bedside manner and other doctors should learn from her as to how to treat patients in all aspects. In my opinion, she is the perfect doctor and Baystate should be thankful that they have her on staff. God bless her
