Excellent doctor
Excellent. Doesn't waste time and orders what's needed. Doesn't push drugs to solve problems. Focuses on complete healing. Whole family loves her as a doctor!

She is a doctor, who believes in complete health and wellness. Her bedside manners aren't the best. She gives good criticism, is the only way I can describe it. I’ve had constant issues with her not listening to me as a patient. Or the fact I know my body. Does not believe in antibiotics, pain management or medicinal mj. Her staff is very rude, and just tells you to follow up with urgent care! I’ve been sick since last March with upper respiratory issues and it goes ignored! Don’t know how she even has a medical license! I have to self treat myself with homeopathic medicine! Time for a new Doctor!

One of the worst doctors ever, how she has a medical license is mystery. Only takes time to eye roll and belittle you and accuse of things just long enough to bill insurance and then is out the room and you don't hear from her again.

Dr. Harbert is an excellent listener and very thorough in her examinations. She took my concerns seriously and I felt like she really cares about me. I definitely recommend seeing her if you are in need of a great primary care physician!

Not a huge fan. Dr. Harbert didn't have great bedside manner and didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. I explained I had woken up a week or so prior in extreme pain (from what I suspect is a cervical herniated disc, but Dr. Harbert said she didn't want to try to diagnose me and was going to "punt me" to a specialist--her words). After 13 days and several phone calls, that referral has yet to be written. I'm still, at the time of writing, in extreme, debilitating pain, unable to do normal daily life things. Overall it just felt like Dr. Harbert wasn't taking me seriously, for whatever reason. She was a bit snarky. It didn't seem to trouble her that I was in pain, and she didn't (and still doesn't) seem willing to do much of anything to help, even something as simple as signing a piece of paper so I can try to talk to a neurologist and maybe figure out some answers. Would not recommend.

I started going to Dr. Harbert 3 yrs ago. I find her to be very thorough, a good listener and very understanding. Have never had a bad experience with Dr. Harbert or any of the staff at either of the family physicians office locations.

I was very disappointed at the bad experience I had with Dr. Kelly Harbert. She'd talk to the nurse rather than me. Told me to stop taking my birth control (despite needing it for both prevention and medical reasons--but she didn't ask me about it despite my diagnosis). I felt belittled and that she was imposing her personal beliefs on me. She refused to discuss my other reason for the visit. She also sent my Rx refills to the wrong place even though I repeatedly explained my ins. requirements.

Excellent primary care doctor. Good problem solver who spends the appropriate amount of time listening, analyzing, then prescribing. Communicates effectively even after the appointment. She is taking new patients, after a period of time when it was hard to get in to see her.

She listens to her patients concerns, orders the appropriate tests and contacts you when the test results come back. She gives examinations that are complete and asks patients questions about how they feel and pays attention to what you say.
