Dr. Kelly Hiatt, MD

If I could give less than one star, I would I was referred to Dr. Hiatt and she spent 10 minutes in the office with me did not check my ears did not check my lymph nodes only told me to open my mouth. She said my nose looks beautiful inside and miserable. she said I had reflux and gave me an anti reflux med.I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. No empathy whatsoever and she does not listen to you.

Truly the best doctor I’ve ever been to. So caring and kind to her patients, and she is extremely smart and knows exactly what she’s doing. I would recommend her over and over!

Unfortunately, Kelly is good with a knife only and seems to derive pleasure in hoping you have cancer so she can get to cutting. She has zero concern about patient outcomes, just rendering services so she can bill as much as possible. Seeing her is truly a waste of time as soon as she sees you don't have a tumor for her cut into. Very unhinged and very unprofessional doctor. She truly needs to retire.

1st visit wasn't bad. She said she has what I have. (Pretty much, GERD) The med she gave me didn't work. 2nd visit, she referred me to a gastro doc. I also have a lump on my neck. Said I needed a CT scan. Already had one. I told her it didn't show much. "Then it's not cancer." So what do we do about it? "I don't know what to tell you." First, my issue is with sinus drainage making my throat swell from coughing. She makes it sound like she knows what she's talking about, then blows you off. As for the lump, at least it's not cancer, but at least feel it. Take the time to examine your patients. Put your hands on them. Look in their ears and throat. Just because you have a degree, it doesn't make you smart.

Attentive and was able to identify the problem quickly. Treated and have been symptom free since.

very good and caring doctor. she has taken care of my nasal and parotid problems so well. I would recommend her to anyone

Dr Hiatt is my favorite. She's got a great bedside manner and cares about making you feel better. I highly recommend going to her.

one hundred percent would I did right after surgery

A coworker is a patient of Dr Hiatt recommended that I see her for my sinus infections. I had two other sinus surgeries in New York, still felt bad. Dr Hiatt got it right. Great surgeon.. highly recommend

Hiatt looked in my nose with a nasal speculum and said I had a deviated septum. She ordered a CT scan which showed enlarged turbinates. Her bill included $502. for a nasal endoscopy, which she did NOT do. That involves numbing the inside of your nose and running an 8 inch long plastic tube with a camera on the end of it, up your nose. I asked if the $502. charge was a mistake because it wasn't done. Her office said I was wrong. I think I would know if an 8" tube was shoved up my nose. IT WASN'T
