Dr. Kelly Kamimura-Nishimura, MD

Dr Kelly sees my daughter for ADHD after sending her to a psychologist for formal diagnosis. The psychologist evaluated for ADHD and autism. We now see Dr Kelly every few months for checkup. She goes out of her way to coordinate care between herself and the pediatrician. She genuinely cares about my daughter’s adaptation and feelings. She treats us like humans and is always willing to answer questions I have at appointments and via mychart.

I went to see Dr. K for an autism analysis for my 4-year-old son. This was following the diagnosis of autism from every one of the 10 different therapists he's met over the years. It was just a formality that would open the door to more prompt and accurate treatment. However, after dragging her analysis out into 2 separate appointments, she merely performed a physical exam. No interaction with my son. She made an off-the cuff diagnosis of no autism based on visual alone, then overbilled for it
