She was very friendly and listened to me. She was concerned about me and my health and gave options.

Dr. O’Brien’s office is a ripoff, they won’t fill my prescriptions unless I make another appointment. I have already had 2 office visits and 1 tele visit this year. All they care about is your office visit so they can take money out of your pocket and line theirs. Now they won’t refill my prescriptions unless I cave in and come in for a 4th visit of the year. So now I have to find another doctor. The doctor’s I called I can’t get in for months and need my prescriptions refilled now.

Had my six month check in with Dr. O'Brien. Staff got my appointment in quick. Went over medicines and she listened to my concerns. Got blood work done in office. In & out in half an hour. Dr. O'Brien & entire staff exceeded my expectations, especially during this difficult corns virus time!

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Kelly O'Brien and was immediately impressed by her and the staff. The receptionist was very friendly and got you signed in quickly even with having to take temps due to COVID-19. The nurse was very nice and personable. Dr. O'Brien is very personable, friendly and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. I am trying to solve a health issue and she is doing everything she can to help find out what the problem is and hopefully fix or find a solution for the issue. She is dedicated to her patients. I have actually changed my mental health provider to Dr. O'Brien from my previous Doctor as well. I look forward to having her be my healthcare provider for the foreseeable future.

Dr O’Brien is the sweetest person ever and she is an amazing doctor! She obviously genuinely cares about her patients and she even asks about the other people in my family just to be friendly. She listens to my needs and wants in order to get me the best care possible! I randomly chose her as a doctor and I’m so glad I did!

Dr. O’Brien is always very thorough and personable. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients, with most precious doctors I felt like a number more than a patient. That is absolutely not the case with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr. O'Brien was wonderful. She took her time with me which suprised me as I had very little wait in the waiting room and exam room. She was very good at asking quesitons and addressing my concerns. She was friendly and so happy which meant alot to me.
