Excellent!!!!
She is terrific. I had a cyst removed from my face. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained every detail throughout the procedure. Very caring and gentle as well. Also, the staff is wonderful. Professional, caring and personable. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Don’t waste your time unless you want Isotretinoin
The first red flag to my visit was the nurse who became annoyed with me after I told her I did not want to be on isotretinoin. After Dr. O’connor gave me a brief skin check, she proceeded to tell me my acne would not be curable unless I went on isotretinoin. I explained to her all of the past oral medications I have been on and that I was not interested in taking isotretinoin. She did not ask me anything about my family history with acne, or the products I use day to day. To me, it felt like she was reading off of a script and was very robotic. She had no sympathy for what I am dealing with; hormonal acne on my face and back. She became dismissive and uninterested in what I had to say after I told her I did my research, and I wanted a more holistic approach. She left me feeling worse about my acne and that going on isotretinoin was my only cure. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this practice to others, trust your gut, and don’t let doctors persuade you otherwise.

Met with Dr. O’Connor for my annual. I was a little hesitant based on the reviews but was verypleasantly surprised. She was very professional, friendly, listened to me and gave me excellent feedback. I would recommend her highly!

Extremely Dissapointing First Visit
I suffer from adult acne and finally got up the courage to see a dermatologist. I was referred to Dr. O'Connor, and I was very excited and hopeful for my appointment. A few minutes into my visit, she said something along the lines of 'my acne is horrible,' which stunned me and made me more self-conscious than I already was. She essentially told me I ONLY had one option for treatment. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with that option and she seemed like she had no further interest in helping me. She was reluctant to tell me any other avenues, and instead said they were a waste of time and money. In addition, she said that I would regret not using this treatment and continue to have my horrible scars and acne. I write this review in hopes that if someone who decides get help for their acne does not get met with this type of treatment.

Good review for her
I read the reviews and was worried beforehand. Honestly, she was super nice. I had a couple of issues she dealt with. Very pleasant, as was her medical assistant. I did not feel rushed. I have a follow up appt in August and expect the same as what I got yesterday.

Skin check
This was the worst skin check I have ever received. She was quick and I felt did not listen to my problems. Her advice was not helpful and condescending. Will not go back to her.

The worst doctor appt I’ve ever had.
Right away Dr. O’Connor made me feel very defensive and questioning why I was even in the office. She has absolutely no bedside manner or guidance, which is very concerning, considering she is a dermatologist. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Seemed completely disinterested. Non existent bedside manner. Waited several months for the appointment and the appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes. Felt very rushed.

Worst Dr. I've ever been to
I would never go back to Dr. O'Connor. She could care less what I had to say. Rushed through the appointment. I was in with her for maybe 5 minutes. I was back in my car within 15 minutes of arriving there. She rushed my skin check which she emphasized that I should be getting yearly. Well it was my yearly skin check and she checked maybe a 1/4 of my body. I use self tanner because I'm very cautious of the sun. Well she didn't believe me and scolded me for having a sun burn. I have really bad dry skin on my hands, could be psoriasis/eczema I was told but told me just to slap on some hand cream. I had a wort on my toe and she wanted to do a liquid nitrogen treatment on it. It almost seemed like she had never done it before because I didn't feel it and it did nothing at all to the wart but made sure to charge me close to $500 for the 'treatment.' A treatment that I bought a kit for $20 a CVS. If you want someone who listens and cares, don't go to her.

Do Not Recommend
Dr. O'Connor was impersonal and rushed the appointment. Her bedside manner was nonexistent and the visit, which lasted 5-10 minutes, felt mechanical and impersonal. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions, though I had waited several months for the appointment and had a handful of concerns I had hoped to discuss.
