The doctor that I used to see has moved on to his new job. So, MedStar recommended that I see Dr. Owart instead. This is the first time that I see this doctor. Dr. Owart spent less than 2 minutes examing me during my visit. All she did was listen to my back and my heart. Then said "from the report that was sent over by your other doctor, it looked like you are in ecellent health, contact us if you need anything", and I was sent out. I was surpised because it was so quick and impersonal. In my opinion, It was not really an exam at all. The previous doctor used to take more time to go over the questionnaires that I filled out when first I came in to the office, and went over with me on any question or concern that I may have. I would definitely never go back to see this doctor or recommend this doctor for anyone.
