Dr. Kelly Robinson, MD

Terrible at taking care of and taking time to actually treat and diagnose a patient. He has no bedside manner and ignores his patients to read news articles for over an hour on the internet. Diagnosed my Mom with gout after having cardiac and respiratory symptoms. I had to argue for hours to get a cardiac work up and treatment for her breathing.

Let me just start out with I have had Dr. Robinson multiple times and each time was nothing to be impressed about. He hardly listens to patients and does what he wants. One occasion I went in for sharp pain in my right side (similar to where your appendix is) he stated that he didnt believe it was my appendix but in fact he thought it was my ovaries and was sending me for an ultrasound. When I went to the ultrasound, the tech stated that she was surprised he would say that because where the pain is, is not where my ovaries are and they were in fact just fine. On another occasion, I went in for really bad pains in my left leg and was having numbness in my arm and expressed concerns for potential blood clot. He told me blood clots dont typically form in that part of the leg and I probably just pulled a muscle and walked out. His bedside manner is horrible. If I could continue on with this review I would, but you get the point. I try and avoid him at all cost.

I came into the ER for severe pelvic pain, was found to have bilateral ovarian cysts. Even tho every single test the ran was coming back negative they were adamant on a urine, I was struggling to pee. Dr Kelly came into my room with a pelvic exam cart, didn't even introduce himself or ask if he could do the exam.. he said "well we are doing a pelvic exam since you can't give us a urine, and then maybe you can pee, it helps sometimes" I explained I was in a lot of pain and having some bleeding and he just stood there and said I needed to remove my pants, once I did and he came back he started trying to insert the device to open me up which was excruciatingly painful, I have a very high pain tolerance normally and I yelled out in pain, he continued to try to get it in and open before finally removing it and then when he was finished he had the audacity to say "see wasn't that bad now was it". Absolutely horrific.
