Misdiagnosed my foot swelling & pain as bone fracture. No prescription given, no MRI order for further details but office x-ray, no blood test order to check infection. In fact, my foot only pained when touching but not every second, impossibly fracture but shown by MRI was synovitis & gout attack. A common foot issues that unable to be diagnosed !! Staffs not help on EDD claim, refused to fill up my official EDD DI claim paper which was mailed from EDD just for my claim specifically, their excuse showed unknowledgeable, inpatient and reluctant to help. So why wasting times to go there ending up nothing fix but bills

I also work at a doctors office, and I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Yu as a patient myself. It is a PATIENTS responsibility to inform the staff at the time of scheduling an appointment what the PRIMARY insurance is. Insurance is usually run and verified when a patient comes into a doctors office at the time of their appointment during intake not over the phone. On that note, I love the staff at Dr. Yu's office, and should I need any further treatment on my feet, I will be coming back.

My 85 year old mother desperately needed her toenails clipped. I contacted Dr Yu's office 10/30/17 and specifically asked if they accepted medicare. I was told yes. The female that answered failed to probe further if Mom's medicare was the primary form of insurance. It's not. The appointment was set for 11/9/17. Dr Yu refused to help Mom. I asked to meet me halfway to pay $40 and Dr Yu (hiding behind closed doors) refused. Dr. Yu is heartless. Cowardly hiding. Beware of this incompetent practice
