No accountability
While patient was on ventilator in ICU, Dr. Walls stops in on day 2 (of 5) and blames the patients anxiety for causing cardiac arrest during what was supposed to be a simple in-office procedure. The ICU Neurologist already confirmed it was caused by L.A.S.T. (Dr Walls administration of lidocaine hit a vein or artery). Please just apologize and learn from the experience but don’t blame her for your mistake. Its rare, but it happens and it was a missed opportunity to learn and be better prepared if it were to happen again. It was highly inappropriate to blame her while we were waiting to learn if our child would even fully recover.

46 years of chronic migraines cured!
Dr. Walls first did Turbinate Reduction surgery, which helped me breathe & sleep better. But I still struggled to breathe through my left nostril. About a year later, he performed a Septoplasty & opened up the passageways in my sinuses. I have had nagging pressure between my eyes since I was 12 years old and averaged at least 16 migraines per month. The first month after surgery, I only had four migraines! And they were mostly just pressure & not the searing pain I was used to. Dr. Walls gave me my life back!

Amazing Care
Dr Walls saw my toddler for enlarged tonsils. The consult was quick but thorough (which is nice with a 2 year old.. in and out). We waited until a week after 3rd bday for surgery and that was today. Everything was very streamlined, professional , and everyone was kind and caring. You can tell they love kiddos. Will did great at getting him down to the OR without a fight and Dr Walls was quick and made me feel very confident! He even sent a pic of the tonsils which I asked for :) we have his cell and clear instructions so aftercare is amazing as well!

I saw Dr. Walls because I had a mass on my thyroid, which is a scary situation to go thru for a young healthy individual. His confidence in my treatment plan made me less nervous and more at ease. I had the mass and my left thyroid gland surgically removed and Dr. Walls and his team were amazing. Checking in for surgery was easy, the nurses at the surgery center were so nice and accommodating. Dr. Walls and his PA both came in prior to the procedure and explained to me throughly what they were going to do and what to expect post op. They reached out to check on me several times throughout the next few days after surgery. Although I would not particularly want to have this surgery again, if I had to, I would 100% go back to Dr. Walls without a doubt in my mind. His bedside manner is calming and he answered all of my questions confidently to where any nerves I had were gone after meeting with him. He is a fantastic doctor and surgeon and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Recently I had sinus surgery with Dr. Walls. I would highly recommend him. I’ve been a patient of his for many years. He takes his time with you and does not talk “medical language” that you do not understand. Best bedside manner!

I worked for Dr. Walls years ago, so was familiar with the quality of care he provides. I did not consider any other physician when finally getting getting nasal surgery done. Dr. Walls is informative and always provides an opportunity for questions. My procedure went smoothly. There was good communication from the office staff. Easy peasy, and am recovering as expected. The only thing that could be a negative was when I asked for an estimate. I thought it was the actual (approximate- you know how insurance is) amount. The surgical center was completely separate, so in total the expense was much more than I expected. However, I could have asked if it was total for doctor and facility, and did not. This was my 1st surgery, so in future I know to ask about this specifically in advance of procedures with any doctor.

I was told by his NP that I needed a turbinate reduction before I get my wisdom teeth extracted. I had an appt for the procedure with Dr. Walls today, as it is the only time I have off work between now and when I move abroad in September (which I communicated to his team). One of his nurses apparently scheduled it at a different location, as the location where my previous appointments took place does not do procedures, which was not communicated to me whatsoever. I received no phone call, text message, email, or card with the location of my appointment nor the pre-op procedures (as my estimate listed that I would receive general anesthesia). I even had enough time to make it to the other location but was still told by a member of his team that I had to reschedule. The next available appointment was over seven weeks away. Now I can't get the procedures I need before I move. My experience was awful and I recommend a different doctor if you want a team the listens and communicates.

Great Doctor, compassionate, full on knowledge and wisdom, very gentle and very caring doctor. Trustworthy he is in our family for life! He explained every step to us that we were about to go through. He answered all 30 of my question before and after surgery and he even was available to me while he was on vacation and I had an emergency at the hospital. My son has been waiting on this dr walls since 7 a m on September 22, 2019. He still isn’t here and it is almost noon. This doc is worthless. Has no time to call the hospital to explain why he isn’t here. No answers from him what so ever. I wouldn’t waste your time seeing this doctor. I don’t recommend at all. I give no stars. It’s all minus as far as I am concerned. Had to give one to even post.
